Warranty & Terms

Additions to Orders: Additions to orders cannot be accepted to apply against orders already placed.

Minimum Order: Minimum order of $50.00 is required or a $25.00 service fee will be added. (Parts orders are excluded)

Terms:  Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date.  A 1% discount is offered if payment is made within the first 10 days.  If an account reaches 90 days, the account will be placed on credit hold.  If a payment problem develops, PAM Fastening Technology, Inc. will convert the account to credit card or advance payment required. PAM also reserves the right to employ collection agencies to assist in any bad debt collection.

Drop Shipments: Drop shipments to end-users will be assessed 5% drop ship fee plus freight charges.

Returns:  All return goods MUST have a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) issued by PAM.  All returned goods must be in new, currently inventoried, re-saleable condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.  PAM Fastening Technology, Inc. must approve all returns.  Freight charges must be prepaid. No goods will be accepted for return more than 90 days after purchase.

Warranty: PAM Fastening Technology, Inc products are covered by a Limited One-Year Warranty.  Warranty does not cover repairs attempted, normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance (lubricating gliding piece, etc), and continued use after partial failure, or product not being used for its intended purpose.  PAM will repair or replace any product which examination proves to be defective in material or workmanship.  This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied.  PAM Fastening Technology, Inc shall in no way be liable for any other damages, direct or indirect.  All warranty claims must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) issued by PAM customer service at (800) 699-2674.  Warranty material should be returned to PAM postage paid.    If the product is deemed warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and sent postage paid to the customer.  If the product is not covered under PAM warranty a quotation will be advised to the customer before repairs will be made to the product.  If a replacement product needs to be sent before warranty inspection, the replacement product will be invoiced.  Credit will be issued if the used product is covered under warranty.  Screwdrivers carry their own warranty per the manufacturer.  All Milwaukee (800-729-3878), DeWalt (800-433-9258), and Porter Cable (888-848-5175) screwdrivers should be sent to their local authorized service center.  Call the listed numbers to find the local authorized service center in your area.  The warranty claim against the above listed screwdrivers should not be sent to PAM for warranty; these must be handled by the manufacturer.  All Fein screwdrivers will be handled directly by PAM and must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#).

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  No rebates, refunds or credits will be given for price reductions affecting on-hand inventory.

Packaging:  All collated screws are packaged in boxes of 1,000 with 50 screws per strip and 6 boxes per master case.  Boxes of screws per pallet are:  ¾”-1-3/4” 240 boxes, 2 to 2-1/2” 192 boxes and 3” 144 boxes.
