The Brevetti C-16 double miter saw is an electro-pneumatic system that is designed and well suited for very large production runs of the same moulding requiring cuts of the same length. The two motor and blade assemblies are fixed at 45°. The blades are mounted on a vertical carriage system that is very fast and smooth in operation and that works together to cut both the right and left side miters at the same time. Cutting capacity of the saw is 3 ½” wide by 4” high. The saw requires 220 volts, 3 phase power and is supplied with the following standard components:

Two 350mm saw blades/ bore 32mm
Three moulding support arms/fences 39 3/8” long
40” measuring scale
Two right side measuring stops
Vertical pneumatic clamps
Air, Oil, Filter lubrication system
Waste support block with automatic air actuated removal device
Horizontal clamping timing device
Blade carriage stroke adjustment
Ideal for frame shops producing 1500+ frames per day. Cuts moulding up to 3 ½” wide by 4” high.
