S35E

The Brevetti S35E joining machine is an electro-pneumatic stapling system intended for medium to large production facilities with multiple frame profiles. The machine is the next level up from the S30ME. It is computerized to increase production and reduce operator fatigue. This machine is a strip feed system that can be purchased in two models. One model uses NP corrugated shaped fasteners and the other model uses PV, V-shaped fasteners. The computer system on the machine can be programmed for nail placement and can store up to 540 moulding programs. The memorized programs advise the machine on how many nails to place in each position, but not where the nail positions are located. The nail placement is controlled manually through a series of three manually set stops on the back of the machine worktable. This system makes the machine capable of placing nails in up to three different positions. Once the nail placement and clamping system is set for the moulding to be joined, the system automatically clamps the moulding into the 90? fence system and places fasteners in position. This function allows the machine to automatically cycle through its program, while the operators’ responsibility is to rotate the frame to the next corner. Ideal for frame shops producing 200+ frames a week. Joins moulding from ¼” to 4 ¾” wide by ¼” to 2 ¾” high.
