S30ME

The Brevetti S30ME is the latest generation for the custom frame shop. The machine has a stroke capacity of 7” making it capable of joining a wide variety of mouldings. Features include: double vertical hold clamps which are operated by a pneumatic foot pedal, cabinet for conveniently storing extra fasteners or tools and a joystick controlled nailing system. The nail system is the best feature of the joiner. The frame maker can clamp the moulding via the foot pedal and move the nailing head between two preset positions via the joystick while the moulding is clamped. This simplifies the operators’ job by clamping the moulding only once and not unclamping until all fasteners are placed into the corner. This feature offers the operator more consistent quality leading to less waste and more profit. The machine can be purchased with the standard PV Brevetti nailing head, which is v-shaped and capable of joining a wide variety of materials. The machine also can be ordered with the new NP nailing head that is a strip-corrugated fastener. The NP is the strongest fastener offered for joining MDF, HDF and other hardwoods. Both PV and NP fasteners are offered on 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm lengths. Ideal for frame shops producing 50+ frames per week. Joins moulding from ¼” to 6” wide by 5/16” to 3” high.
