Brevetti Smart

The Brevetti SMART frame assembly machine is a unique system that offers corrugated fasteners in a strip form. Corrugated, or NP nails are best for joining hard woods and MDF. This machine is an adaptation of the Brevetti AUT 82 coil feed system. It is a manual machine that is simple to use and very durable. Companies running sustained production with operators that don’t need computerized technology are best suited for the SMART. The mitered pieces of moulding to be joined are connected tightly by a steel staple type NP (for hard woods and MDF). These staples are in cartridges and are available in 6,8, 10, 12, 14 and 16mm according to the height of the moulding. The machine is equipped with a sliding 90° fence for manual placement of fasteners in two pre-set positions. The operator can place additional fasteners in between the pre-set positions. The SMART machine requires the operator to position the moulding under the nailing head. Ideal for frame shops producing 500+ frames a week. Joins moulding from 1/4" to 4 3/4" wide by 5/16" to 3" high.
